How to make Background Image fit all screen sizes?? + Scrolling?
I am trying to get my webpage background to fit all window sizes, but I want the bg image TO SCROLL if the window is a size that would otherwise distort the image.
Example: the window is too wide, the screen can scroll up and down to see the whole image.
If the window is too tall the image should shrink and white space should appear below.
= no distortion.
PLEASE HELP!
