Can I wash a white football jersey in bleach?
I have a white football jersey, and it's white. As it is an authentic game used jersey, there are no washing/care instructions on it. Would it be alright to mix a cap full of bleach into the wash with it? I know it could be a little more white than it is. Thanks!

It depends on the bleach.
Even if you have a colour-safe bleach, you still always run the risk of damaging your clothes. I would recommend finding a colour-safe bleach and mixing only half a cap into the wash. When I wash my Toronto Leafs hockey jersey, I also turn it inside out so that the logo gets as little exposure to the bleach as possible.
