What size gloves should I be looking for?
im looking for a new set of boxing gloves, i weigh about 118-120lbs. is there i certain weight glove that would be best, my old ones are 14oz, thinking about getting 10-12oz gloves.
(please, only answers about size not brand)
make sure you wrap your hands well. If you want more speed and power in your hits, i would use 12 oz given your weight. Use the 14 oz for training and sparring, and you will feel faster when u use the 12 oz.
The prob with the 12oz could be that if you don't arm up properly, you can get arthiritis in you fingers way mroe easily if you don't wrap your hands properly.
